MLS Management is a boutique event management and entertainer booking agency based in Melbourne, Australia. The business was established by Mary-Louise Santa some ten years ago, but Mary-Louise's experience goes well beyond that.

Mary-Louise Santa - Managing Director

Mary-Louise Santa Mary-Louise Santa is a graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts School of Music. As an opera singer and music theatre performer, Mary-Louise has delighted audiences in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia. She made her professional stage debut in the lead role of Vera Lynn for the Bicentennial Military Tattoo directed by the celebrated theatre director and choreographer, David Atkins. It was during this production that Mary-Louise became interested in artistic direction.

Mary-Louise believes that performers make the best directors and event managers because they understand the artistic process from both the performers' and audiences' point of view. What better teacher and mentor can one have than David Atkins when it comes to artistic direction? Mary-Louise has a wealth of creativity and believes that each event must be tailored to take on its own dynamic. The careful selection of her team gives Mary-Louise the edge over her competitors when it comes to directing events. It's what keeps her clients coming back year after year.

MLS Management has an expert team to help you stage your event. Professionals in staging, lighting, décor and audio are ready to set up the equipment required for your event. Our public relations staff (costumed if appropriate) will ensure that your guests have a great time. Chefs and wait staff will ensure a memorable event whatever your catering needs.
